1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order. Verado is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once the package ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Verado is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@verado.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
